What a pleasure to do business with The Countertop Factory!

When we began our “journey” into redesigning and updating our kitchen countertops (a decision we pondered over for several years), we were recommended to three different fabricators.  It became obvious to us from the beginning that The Countertop Factory would be our choice.  Michael Dean was so very friendly, prompt, patient, understanding and helpful from the start.  Any time I had a question or needed a price quote on a possible granite choice, Michael was so prompt, with very thorough and precise price quotes.  He was so patient each time I needed to come back with yet another question.  I cannot tell you how much this meant to me.

The receptionist, Shanye, was very pleasant and as helpful as she could be anytime I called and asked a question or needed a message delivered to Michael.  She makes a very impressionable first contact representing your business.

Vince, the template expert, was so prompt and accurate with his measurements.  How important is his expertise!  And as for promptness, when my grandfather clock struck 8:00 a.m., the next sound I heard was the doorbell.  We had to laugh at how accurate his timing was as well.

Then there was the Production manager who oversees the cutting and handling of the granite, Wes Brantley, who welcomed me to help make the decision on how to piece the “puzzle” to utilize the best use of the granite slabs.  He not only invited me to see how the pieces would come together, but he invited me to watch the process.

Last but surely not least, the two gentlemen, Peter and Thomas, who came and did the installation.  I have never had the opportunity and pleasure to have any better workers come into my home and complete a job so completely perfect.  They were such fine gentlemen and paid such attention to details, putting all their efforts into the job as though it were in their own homes.  They had so much respect for my home and for the entire job through completion.  It was so obvious that their whole purpose was to do things exactly as I wanted and to the best of their ability.  The necessary seams I worried over were done to perfection…they are hardly noticeable.

We are so very pleased with the job and every detail involved through the entire process.  We will be proud to show off our new kitchen to our friends and recommend The Countertop Factory to anyone planning to travel this “journey”.  This was a big investment for us, and we will enjoy the efforts of all involved for many years to come.  Thanks to all of you for a job so well done!

From walking into your showroom to having my product installed, I was impressed.  The two young gentlemen, that came into my home, and installed my countertops, and new sink were very kind, and beyond professional. 

I do not send very many letters of gratitude for service work, as I feel, that is one element in today’s world that cease’s to exit.  Let me tell you, these two gentlemen know service above and beyond their years.  

They are sincerely a major asset to your company, and service like that is what sets the standards, that every company should incorporate into their business. 

Thank goodness we picked you for our renovations.  We will be happy for that decision for years to come!
